Notarisation

Notarization for NRIs has long been a crucial step in cross-border banking, financial transactions, and legal compliance. With Rupeeflo’s digital notarization platform, Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) can finally complete this process online, making global financial management easier and more secure than ever.

What is Notarization and Why It Matters for NRIs

Notarization is the legal process by which a certified notary public authenticates documents, verifies the identity of signatories, and protects against fraud or coercion. Indian banks, financial institutions, and legal authorities require notarized documents to ensure all paperwork is compliant and legally valid. The RBI and SEBI mandate notarization for many NRI transactions to maintain authenticity and security across borders.
