How Corporate Clients Can Complete Notarization in Five Steps

Step 1: Download & Sign Up
Download the Rupeeflo app using the link shared by Rupeeflo Support or your broker and sign up
Use your overseas mobile number. Indian mobile numbers are not supported.
During sign up, your email address and mobile number will be verified via OTP
Step 2: Upload Documents
Access the notarization option from the Rupeeflo homepage or via the “Services” section in the bottom navigation bar.
Upload the required documents: PAN, Overseas Address Proof, Memorandum of Understanding and Certificate of Incorporation are mandatory for DEMAT account opening.
Please check with your broker in case any additional documents are required.
Step 3: Make Payment
The payment amount is based on your location and the number of documents.
The exact fee is displayed after uploading your documents.
Step 4: Complete Video Notary Session
You will be required to schedule the notary session. Select your preferred date and time for the appointment.
You can join the call through the app at the scheduled time (Sessions typically take 10–15 minutes)
Note - Only the authorized signatory of the corporate entity can join the notarization call
Before the session:
Keep all original documents ready (print digital ones such as bank statements).
Sit in a well-lit area with a stable internet connection.
Ensure your camera and microphone are working properly.
Note: If you are in the USA, you can join the notary session immediately post making your payment.
Step 5: Download Notarized Documents
The notarized documents will be available for download on the Rupeeflo App after the appointment is completed
You can download the documents, print them and prepare them for sending them to the broker
After Notarization — Sending Documents to your broker
Once the notarization is complete, you may share the documents directly with your broker. After your broker's review and approval, physical copies must be sent to their office in India.

Ans.Yes. Cancellations are allowed, with refunds issued after a 10% processing fee deduction to cover transaction costs.
Q. Can I upload documents that are not in English?
Ans. No. Only documents in English can be verified and notarized
