About the role
Rupeeflo’s product works for NRIs across 50+ countries. Making that possible requires a global partnerships function that goes well beyond a domestic BD role: a notary network spanning dozens of markets, a set of global service vendors underpinning the product, and business partnerships in key international hubs that open new markets and products for Rupeeflo.
The Senior Manager, Global Partnerships will own all three. This is a senior, cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of operations, commercial negotiation, and strategic business development. You will work closely with product, legal, compliance, and the founding team to build and manage the global partner ecosystem that Rupeeflo’s business depends on.
What you’ll do
Own and grow Rupeeflo’s global partner network, building new relationships and strengthening existing partnerships across active markets.
Lead commercial negotiations with key accounts and strategic partners, balancing growth, service quality and long-term economics.
Manage partner performance, ensuring agreed commitments, service standards and business outcomes are delivered.
Identify and evaluate new partnerships that expand Rupeeflo’s geographic reach and product capabilities.
Build strategic business relationships in key NRI markets, including the UAE, Singapore, Europe and the US.
Work with the founding team to explore new products, services and business models for international markets.
Work across legal, compliance, product and operations to take partnerships from initial discussions through launch and ongoing growth.
Represent Rupeeflo in international partner discussions and industry forums, building relationships across key financial hubs.
Must-have skills
5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or vendor management, with meaningful international exposure.
Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse global partner or vendor portfolio independently.
Strong commercial negotiation skills: comfortable structuring deals, managing pricing, and holding partners accountable.
Comfort working across legal, compliance, product, and operations teams in a regulated industry.
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, across geographies and cultures.
High ownership and ability to operate without a playbook in new markets and partner categories.
Good to have
Prior experience in fintech, financial services, or a regulated technology company.
Exposure to NRI, cross-border, or international remittance ecosystems.
Existing relationships in key NRI hubs: UAE, Singapore, UK, or the US.
MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Law, or a related field.
5+ years of post-qualification experience in partnerships, vendor management, or international business development.
